Shannon and Phil – Sault Engagement

I met up with Shannon and Phil at the Husky to begin our adventure out to Big Basswood Lake for their engagement session and before we even left town Phil becomes a hero and finds a lost dog. That’s a story in itself and is better told in person than my rambly writing. Now I’m not going to name names because Shannon and Phil were somewhat nervous about what I’d write here but someone on the adventure might have been forced to walk through the water and beach in his running shoes (which he hasn’t worn since the shoot) and also may have sliced open his lower leg and bled throughout about 60% of the shoot. And someone else may have been frustrated with the crazy windstorm and what it was doing with her hair. But we’re not naming names. With all of that though it was an awesome night and we got some fun shots even including Phil’s tattoo of “I’ll love you to the moon in back” in there with Shannon’s ring. The tattoo may have been way over my head and I might have thought the spaceship reminded me more of Earthworm Jim than anything else but after a test on my Facebook page it turns out I’m the only one.
