Jenn and Christian – Sault Ste Marie Engagement Shoot
I met up with Jenn and Christian for a morning shoot a few weeks back. We started the shoot off at Hiawatha Highlands on the Red Pine trail, it was a gorgeous morning to be out, the trees were all nice and green and the temperature was perfect, it wasn’t too hot and not too cold. This sounds like the perfect situation for shooting and it seemed like it for the first five minutes and then it happened. No matter where we were, we were getting attacked by killer mosquitoes. Jenn and Christian were starting to swell up from the bites and my hands started to bleed. It wasn’t a pretty site and it’s kind of hard to look like you’re enjoying yourself when you’re swatting at the bugs every few seconds. After enduring enough of the attack we decided to move the shoot to the Sault’s downtown core, we hit up some of my favourite little spots and even took a little refresher at Dish.
